The Football Offseason Running Program that gives Your Players Optimal Speed and Endurance for the Whole Season We all know the problem: The athletes get one general workout-plan in which they have to look up their individual program on what to do when and so on... Another problem we all know is that athletes tend to cheat on themselves unconciously when working out... Now, imagine you had the Perfect Offseaon Running Program... A Program that gives your players detailed instructions - individually for 10 different positions - on when to run what distance, the required max time he should run that distance, and also instructions on how long exactly he has to rest to get optimal results.
