Purpose
The purpose of this Half Line Scrimmage is to make scrimmaging possible for small teams with limited number of players.
Description
Line up half an offense, i.e. C-G-T-TE plus QB and RBs and put an accordingly defenders against them, i.e. N-E-ILB-OLB and SS
Coaching Points
Make sure all player get the correct reads and allignment are correct, especially that the defense doesn’t cheat because they know which side the play will go.
The RBs must not cut back over the Center. If they do, praise the Defense, cause they did their part and didn’t allow any yards through the territory they have to defend.
