Purpose

  • Conditioning

Description

  1. This drill starts with two players standing on the goalline facing each other and about five yards apart.
  2. On the command "GO", both players start running sideways tossing the ball back and forth until they reach the endzone.
  3. They get a quick rest and start back up the field.
  4. Some type of time can be used.
