Purpose
- Improve throwing on the run technique.
- Plus conditioning.
Description
- Pair up Quarterbacks,
- running the length of field and back playing catch.
- Quarterbacks should keep a constant distance of 10 yards apart.
- Release ball quickly.
- Work to increase speed.
Coaching Points
- Square the shoulders and hips to the target.
- QB should lead other QB so he doesn't have to adjust to the ball but can keep running at a constant speed.
