Offensive Line Footwork Drills

These Footwork Drills for Offensive Linemen split the footwork into single steps and let the players freeze after a given step (usually the first step, which is the most crucial step) so they and the coach can check if it has the right direction and length (most linemen take to long steps and are therefore too easily thrown off balance when hit by a defender and they cannot adjust to an unexpected movement by the defender.
