After the Browns fired GM Phil Savage yesterday, today – as expected – Romeo Crennel got fired, too. Especially the way the Browns lost their last 5 games made it very probable that the Browns will plan their future without Romeo Crennel.
With already now so many open HC spots in the NFL, the speculations are going wild on who will end up where.
I’m just curious if again a NFL Team will dare the adventure of hiring a successful College Coach, or if they rather give some NFL experienced assistant the chance to prove his Head Coaching abilities. This year Tony Sparano in Miami, John Harbaugh in Baltimore and Mike Smith in Atlanta proved that this might be the better way…
