Two great Linebacker Agility Drills from Coach Greg Mitchell

Posted on February 27th, 2008 in Website News by coachroth

Coach Greg Mitchell, Assistant Coach Outside Linebacker at Urbana University, OH, contributes two great Linebacker Agility Drills:

The T-Drill works various phases of the Linebacker play at the same time: sheding of blocks, dropping into coverage and making the tackle.
and the Weave & Sprint Drill mimics the LB dropping back into coverage and reading.

Thanks a lot to Coach Mitchell and the Urbana Blue Knights.
