New offensive line drill published

Posted on July 12th, 2007 in Website News by admin

I just published a new offensive line drill: The Fire out drill.

It’s a drill I always thought I had already online a long time ago, but I didn’t.

Thanks for pointing it out!!

So when I found out I started my research, but couldn’t find any written description of it anymore.

Now, finally I found the time to write it again, and published it right away.

Footballdrills.com Fantasy Football Challenge 07 started

Posted on July 12th, 2007 in fantasy football by admin

So, I’ve just started 2 new Fantasy Football Leagues.

One is a simple “points-only” fantasy football league, the other one is a “head-to-head” fantasy football league.

In the “points-only” fantasy football league the rankings of all the teams is simply on how many points your team scored over the whole season, while the “head-to-head” fantasy football league matches every game day two teams to “play” each other, and winning a game is, just like in real football the important thing, while scoring more points than others but the team you are playing right that gameday doesn’t matter at all.

Being a bloody beginner myself - I’ve never played fantasy football before, I’m more than curious how this all will be like, and I have no idea how I will do.

So, just join one of my fantasy football leagues and beat me :-)) Why wait? It’s free!

Coach Tom Langton, Offensive Line Coach from Kean University contributes 3 Offensive Line Drills

Posted on July 9th, 2007 in Website News by admin

Coach Tom Langton, Offensive Line Coach of the Kean University COUGARS  contributes 3 Offensive Line Drills to footballdrills.com.

These drills focus on footwork, body position and punch technique to improve the Offensive Line Pass Blocking Technique:

I contacted Coach Daniel Garrett, Football Head Coach of the Kean Cougars, during my campaign to get more drills for footballdrills.com, and he forwarded my mail to Coach Langton.

Coach Tom Langton played college ball at Central Michigan University as an offensive tackle from 1999 to 2003, due to a knee injury he became a student assistant with the offensive line for the 2003 season. Then he returned to New Jersey to coach at his old high school (Westfield High) for one year before joining the coaching staff at Kean University. The 2007 season will be his second season with the Cougars.

Again thank you Coach Langton for these offensive line drills.
