New Offseason Weight Training Content

After I published a Plyometrics Program a couple of days ago. I now also published a Weight Training Program (Hypertrophy Cycle Program) and a calculator, which computes a Weight Training Program Schedule on the base of the max weight for some exercises (Bench Press, Incline Bench Press, Military Press, Lat Pulls, Squats, Front Squats and Powercleans), and fills in more exercises - mainly dumbbell exercises.

The entered max-weights can be saved by registered users.

Plans are to extend this Weight Training Program Calculator to a full web-application for the athlete to keep track of his workouts and his progress…
